Inner ear disorders arise from various causes and often present with hearing loss, vertigo, and tinnitus. Accurate diagnosis relies on high-resolution imaging techniques such as magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and cone beam computed tomography (CBCT). MRI is essential for detecting labyrinthine inflammation, hemorrhage, and fluid imbalances, while CBCT excels at identifying bony abnormalities like bony labyrinthine dehiscence. The aim of this chapter is to describe the key radiological findings in disorders affecting the inner ear, with a focus on sudden sensorineural hearing loss, endolymphatic hydrops, third window syndrome, perilymphatic fistula, and intralabyrinthine schwannoma.
