Pathology of the Internal Auditory Canal and Cerebellopontine Angle
摘要
Internal auditory canal (IAC) and cerebellopontine angle (CPA) lesions encompass a broad spectrum of pathological entities, including neoplastic, vascular, inflammatory, and congenital conditions. Clinical presentation is often insidious and related to compression of adjacent structures. The understanding of the imaging and clinical features of CPA lesions is essential for early diagnosis and optimal treatment planning.
