In the context of the digital economy, wearable technology has increasingly become an essential tool for improving employee health management and enhancing organizational performance. This paper empirically explores the effects of wearable technology on employee health and job performance and analyzes the moderating role of organizational culture in this process. The results demonstrate that wearable technology effectively improves employee health, thereby enhancing job satisfaction and productivity, reducing absenteeism and turnover, and ultimately improving organizational performance. Additionally, organizational culture significantly influences the effectiveness of wearable technology, with organizations having strong cultural support showing better performance improvements. This study provides valuable theoretical and practical insights into how enterprises can optimize human resource management through wearable technology in the digital economy.
