This study focuses on Wenzhou Lanjiefu culture, aiming to explore the potential of convolutional neural network application in cultural creative design. At the beginning of the study, the historical data of Wenzhou Lanjiefu culture were collected and analyzed in depth to refine its key elements and cultural characteristics. Then, with the help of convolutional neural network technology, these cultural elements were transformed into a cultural and creative design that embodies the characteristics of Wenzhou Lanjiefu. During the research process, a series of comparative trials were carried out to evaluate the effectiveness of these creative products in inheriting and promoting the Wenzhou Lanjiefu culture. It is found that the cultural and creative designs utilizing convolutional neural networks can effectively integrate traditional cultural elements with modern design concepts, thus opening a pioneering trajectory for the inheritance and creative innovation of Wenzhou Lanjiefu culture.
