This paper applies artificial intelligence teaching technology to English teaching (ET), and proposes a hybrid teaching method of college English translation based on artificial intelligence technology. In order to improve the efficiency of online and offline (OAO) ET resources integration and optimize the integration performance of information resources, an OAO ET resources integration system based on fuzzy clustering is proposed. On the basis of hardware design, the integration of teaching resources is realized by constructing resource integration function. The test results show that the designed resource integration system has achieved low information redundancy and good integration effect, which has a certain promotion effect on promoting the informatization process of teaching. Combined with the experimental analysis, it can be seen that the model in this paper has good teaching resource processing effect and high user satisfaction, so as to effectively improve user experience and ET effect.
