The tales selected are not aimed at plain storytelling – the goal is to distill, from the narrative, issues, questions, dilemmas, proposals regarding the sources, the growth and the nature of facilitation of in-service teacher professional development, and the approaches to implement it, and to discuss and to reflect upon the opportunities and challenges therein.
