The chapter focuses on the regulatory challenges for labour law generated by work provided through digital platforms. This reflection highlights the most problematic aspects, in particular the classification of employment relationships and the role of platforms in contractual arrangements. At the same time, it aims to interpret recent legal and jurisprudential developments in the field of work on digital platforms.
