The Privacy Risk in the New Frontier of Medical Apps and Telemedicine
摘要
This chapter investigates the recent frontier of telemedicine and medical apps in the wake of the most recent programmer of digital transition of the public administration with a view to highlighting, on the one hand, the historical-regulatory aspects of the processes of dematerialization of consent in health matters, and on the other hand, the delicate issues related to the privacy risk on data concerning the sensitive data relating to the person’s state of health.
