Digital transformation represents a major shift in human resource management (HRM), giving a boost to organizational processes and the ways in which organizations interact with their employees. Digitization is not just about adopting technology; it represents a fundamental change in the logic of HRM, by rethinking the roles, the processes and the structures of organizations. The influence of digital technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), big data and automation, has given rise to new practices in recruitment, HR training and talent management. This research focuses on mapping research trends on this theme, based on a bibliometric approach. Our aim, is to highlight the main topics and influential authors concerning the digital transformation of HR management. We have opted for a bibliometric analysis of Scopus publications, using VOSviewer. The results we are looking for are to identify emerging trends, key publications and research gaps. Our implications offer suggestions to researchers and HR professionals on how to meet the challenges of the digital age.
