This chapter describes statistical properties of neuropsychological tests used to evaluative cognitive domains in patients suspected of cognitive decline or emotional and behavioral changes associated with theoretical disorder/disease. It describes defining normal from abnormal test performance and the neurological correlates supporting such change as being caused by the suspected etiology.
