The Psychosocial and Cognitive Underpinnings of Collective and Organizational Creativity
摘要
This chapter examines the theoretical foundations of organizational creativity through several classic approaches, including Amabile (1998), Paulus and Dzindolet (2008), and Woodman et al. (1993). The comprehensive approach emphasizes the importance of psychosocial and cognitive factors in the development of collective creativity, from the individual to the organization, including group dynamics and specific methodologies for group creativity.
