Big Data Analytics Adoption in Warehousing: Exploring Key Influences Using the TOE Framework
摘要
The adoption of Big Data Analytics (BDA) is crucial for organizations to improve data-driven decision-making and maintain a competitive edge. However, research on BDA adoption in the warehousing sector, particularly in developing economies, remains limited. This study applies the Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) framework to examine key determinants of BDA adoption in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. A survey of 177 warehousing enterprises indicates that relative advantage, technological infrastructure, and absorptive capability significantly drive adoption, while company scale and individual BDA experience moderate these effects. These findings contribute to the theoretical understanding of BDA adoption and offer practical insights for warehousing firms aiming to enhance their data-driven capabilities.
