Transitioning to green business practices has become a primary priority for organizations seeking sustainability, especially in developing nations such as Vietnam. This article examines the key factors influencing green business adoption, with a focus on technological, environmental, organizational, and educational drivers. We gathered 267 survey answers from government authorities engaged in green business initiatives and company leaders doing quantitative research. Using AMOS structural equation modeling (SEM), studied the interactions among these elements and green firm performance. The results show that among other things, government regulations and customer demand have a major impact on green company transformation. Encouragement of green initiatives also mostly relies on organizational support, especially with regard to company sustainability culture and management commitment. Moreover, supporting sustainable businesses are technological innovations such green ideas platforms, artificial intelligence, and IoT adoption. Against expectations, however, educational support was not proven to have a clear direct effect on organizational and technical preparation for green business, suggesting the need of looking at its indirect implications further. These findings provide Vietnamese business executives and policy officials intriguing theoretical and pragmatic analysis. The green company transition would be accelerated by strengthening the legislative environment, raising technological investment, and promoting a sustainability-oriented corporate culture. Future studies on non-linear interactions and the moderating effects of government interventions will provide a more complete knowledge of green business development.
