The purpose of this article is to present the research on developing software to balance the knitted product sewing line using BSL-HUST (Balance Sewing Line—Hanoi University of Science and Technology) software. This study illustrates the construction process to select suitable methods and techniques to design the software. With an intuitive user interface along with a fully elaborated and comprehensive module design, BSL-HUST’s customer targets are the managers and technicians who work in sewing lines for textile industries. In the current phase, the software can support the production of knitted products for organizing the sewing lines and making the balancing progress for industrial sewing lines to become speedier, more convenient, and more efficient.
