The Impact of Human Resource Management Digitalization on Organizational Performance: A Systematic Literature Review
摘要
The digitalization of human resources management (HRM) has become a crucial topic for companies seeking to improve their organizational performance. To analyze this impact, a systematic literature review was conducted using the PRISMA method. This review examined 210 articles published in peer-reviewed scientific journals covering the period from 2013 to 2023. After a rigorous selection according to predefined inclusion criteria, 26 articles were retained for in-depth analysis. The results of this study indicate that HRM digitalization has a positive and significant impact on organizational performance. The benefits observed in the literature review include improved operational efficiency, greater organizational flexibility, and increased employee satisfaction. Additionally, digitalization promotes innovation and enables better decision-making through the use of analytical data. At the end of the study, we highlighted the need for more in-depth empirical studies on the relationship between HRM digitalization and organizational performance in other contexts, integrating artificial intelligence as an important lever to improve organizational performance, provided that companies implement effective strategies to manage this integration.
