摘要

Adapting the maintenance regulatory framework for the advanced air mobility vehicles with manned and unmanned e-VTOL capabilities has been recognized by International Aviation Authorities by applying existing airworthiness regulations applicable for traditional commercial aircrafts. This study is describing and suggested engineering-scientific approach to solve complexity of the expected problems as well as the comprehensive adaptation of European Union Aviation Safety Agency Implementing Rules (EASA-IR) considering the needs new operational concepts based on innovative technologies. The result offers ways to facilitate obtaining of approval for new established MRO according to existing Article 4 of Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014, with amended Regulation (EU) 2019/1383, EU Regulation 2021/1963 and ED Decision 2023/019/R.
