In modern times, the increase in the negative impact of anthropogenic factors on the environment has had its effect on the Caspian Sea, and the deterioration of environmental conditions in this regard has become one of the most important problems of recent times. One of the main problems in our modern era is the interactive implementation of the integrated monitoring of the degree of pollution in rivers, including the direct discharge of water courses into the sea or rivers. However, insufficient information in this field causes certain obstacles in the implementation of this work. Taking these into account, in the article, in the direction of researching the dynamics of distribution of pollution areas in the Caspian Sea water area, conducting scientific research works in the direction of environmental assessment and forecasting, the images obtained from AzerSky and Sentinel-2 satellites were carried out on the basis of ArcGis, NDVI, NDWI, established DEM and inclination map of the coastal zone of Neftchala area.
