UAS Data Management Systems: A Case Study (Seyir Defteri- Navigation Notebook)

Unmanned Aircraft Systems have become increasingly popular in recent years for recreational use and professional applications such as photogrammetry and agriculture with growing need for efficient drone management. UAV Data Management Software is an interface between the drone and its operator, and a streamliner for workflows, to store and analyze flight data. DMSs offers various features for increased safety and versatility during flight including data collection capabilities, enabling aerial imagery, environmental data, and GPS coordinates to be processed into useful information for further analysis and decision-making. DMSs provide unparalleled flight control and efficiency to get the most out of UAV operations for users while minimizing risks and maximizing productivity. On the other hand, they offer control on the commercial operations ensuring safety by real-correct and first-hand data for authorities. Seyir Defteri (Navigation Notebook) Application with all its functions is investigated here within this work as a case study of UAS Data Management Systems in Türkiye.
