The article analyzes the characteristic features of the ultrasonic vibration cutting process, which is a special processing method for processing particularly hard and brittle materials, and proposes linear and relay-type generators based on the excitation of the natural frequency of the mechanical vibration system Vibrator-Concentrator-Detail for stabilization of amplitude and frequency, changing as a result of changes in the resonant frequency of the oscillatory system of the Vibrator-Concentrator-Detail during processing. Furthermore, the article details the modeling and synthesis of these generators using the MATLAB/Simulink package, resulting in the attainment of satisfactory results.
