This study explores how combining sustainable supply chain practices with advanced digital technologies such as IoT, blockchain, AI, and big data can improve efficiency, responsiveness, and resilience in local supermarkets. Using a mixed-methods approach including case studies, interviews, and operational assessments, the research shows that these technologies help reduce waste, increase transparency, and enable real-time inventory management. Sustainable practices also strengthen consumer trust and community ties. However, high implementation costs and infrastructure challenges remain. The findings offer practical guidance for retailers and policymakers aiming to build smart, sustainable, and adaptable supply chains.
