Blueprints and Breakthroughs: Anne Lucietto’s Path into Engineering Technology
摘要
The journey of Anne Lucietto, PhD into engineering technology began not in a classroom but in her family’s tool and die shop outside Chicago. As a child, she was endlessly curious—disassembling toys, appliances, and anything mechanical she could get her hands on. Her father, Ledo Lucietto, unlike many men of his generation, encouraged Anne’s fascination with machines. While others questioned his support for a daughter pursuing engineering, Ledo stood firm, nurturing her interest in a field still largely dominated by men.
