Where everything is in flow, we need to go to the sources. It is about human life conditions (Lebensverhältnisse). Overall, the law is always practically about happiness and humanity, even with the “modern corporation” as a human corporation. Globally, it is the entrepreneurial instrument in the centre of society, economy and environment for sustainable action. Reasonableness is the ethical maxim of a culture of responsibility comprehensively for just action (see 1.1 , 8.1 with Fig. 8.1 ). The challenge, directed at everyone through all time, is to retain the balance. For this reason, it is not a final accord that is sounded here, but rather we shall dare to proceed according to our complementary nature.
