Breast filler injections are a commonly sought after aesthetic procedure as an alternative to surgical breast augmentation that is associated with potentially catastrophic consequences. It is particularly common in East Asia due to the aesthetic ideals sought after by women, and widespread marketing by mostly unlicensed practitioners. This chapter discusses the modern materials used in breast filler injection, the clinical and radiological presentation, potential complications, and treatments.
