Managing Tooth Replacement
摘要
This chapter will describe strategies in utilising adhesion for the purposes of tooth replacement and more specifically that of the provision of the resin-bonded bridge. Planning principles are outlined, which include the workup for pontic shape and size, in addition to the decision-making process in framework design. The relative advantages and disadvantages of preparation versus no preparation are also discussed. The chapter concludes with a stepwise description of cementation protocols for resin retention tooth replacement.
