This chapter will detail techniques in the delivery of direct adhesive dentistry for Class I to Class V restorations. The various challenges of each are described, and the methods and means of overcoming these are provided. The chapter concludes with protocols for specific techniques such as the occlusal stamp technique, the axial shield and a stepwise description for the layering of composite restorations provided for Class IV defects.
