This article explores solutions for modern PLC training that address the new requirements introduced by Industry 4.0. It proposes a laboratory setup where all components communicate via an MQTT Global Data Space. This configuration allows seamless integration of cloud-based models and digital twins into PLC systems through web browsers. Additionally, components such as data analysis tools, machine learning models, and AI algorithms can be connected efficiently and cost-effectively through MQTT interfaces. The proposed training approach is compatible with controllers from various manufacturers and eliminates the need for standalone installations or licensed software for technology models.

摘要

This article explores solutions for modern PLC training that address the new requirements introduced by Industry 4.0. It proposes a laboratory setup where all components communicate via an MQTT Global Data Space. This configuration allows seamless integration of cloud-based models and digital twins into PLC systems through web browsers. Additionally, components such as data analysis tools, machine learning models, and AI algorithms can be connected efficiently and cost-effectively through MQTT interfaces. The proposed training approach is compatible with controllers from various manufacturers and eliminates the need for standalone installations or licensed software for technology models.
