The problem is formulated and the methodology, methods and algorithms of the technology of increasing the reliability of information in electronic document management systems based on the use of information redundancy of various nature (PR-redundancy) are developed. Constructive approaches, principles and tools for using statistical, correlation, logical, semantic, structural and technological connections of elements and relations of concepts in documents are proposed. Tools for monitoring the reliability of information based on alternative strategies, the use of linguistic functions with decision-making, algorithms of fuzzy inferences, and fuzzy modeling are developed. A technique for determining the risk function and assessing the probabilities of undetected errors, parameters of the linguistic function with the calculation of conditional probabilities for a wide range of linguistic variables, calculating the coefficients of similarity and membership, determining the adaptable boundaries of variables and intervals of fuzzy sets is developed. Estimates of the probabilities of undetected errors under various conditions of transmission and processing of information are obtained. A software package for recognition, clustering, correction of k-multiple errors of information is implemented.
