Modeling Coworking Spaces Growth Dynamics in Mountain Environment: An “Ensemble” Approach
摘要
This study explores the growth of coworking spaces in a mountain area using growth models (logistic, Bass, and Gompertz) aimed at simulating and comparing the growth dynamics that influence the adoption of coworking spaces. The analysis of each model provides valuable insights to guide managers in strategic planning. Using this information, coworking managers can define effective marketing strategies, improve the services offered, and attract new members. Additionally, understanding the factors that influence growth allows for more informed decisions regarding future investments and developments. In this study, we integrate the concept of sustainable development into the integrated model and examine how the implementation of ecological practices can enhance the attractiveness of coworking spaces and promote sustainable growth. The quantitative analysis shows that the examined models provide valuable insights into the growth of coworking spaces, emphasizing the importance of social and market dynamics. These results are particularly relevant for entrepreneurs and policymakers aiming to optimize the opening and management strategies of coworking spaces in local communities.
