People who have a sexual preference other than the sexual orientation labelled at the time of their birth come under the transgender category. Accepting transgenders in society has always been a topic of debate and it has been always been difficult for the transgender people to adjust in the socity with openly accepting their original desire to be a transgender. One way to uphold transgender individuals is through proper provision of employment, but it is also very evident that they are not even accepted with open arms even in at workplace, which educated people surround, it becomes more evident in culturally impacted countries such as India. The government has imposed strict rules, but with the lack of evidence-based research, it becomes difficult to assess the status of the most controversial topic of transgender. In the present research, we try to explore the adjustability, adaptability and sustainability of transgender employees at the workplace.
