This research was based on the salutogenic model, which emphasizes coping resources that help individuals to deal with stressful situations. Eighteen beginning female Bedouin teachers participated in semi-structured interviews. The first theme identified was that of emotional responses among beginning teachers during the COVID crisis. It included subthemes such as online learning in Bedouin society and work–culture conflict. A second theme was the coping resources that help the new teachers. The results of this research show that this is a weakened group that had difficulty dealing with the COVID-19 crisis and raising support resources. These difficulties can be attributed to the characteristics of this crisis, social-cultural factors, and the fact that these were new teachers. The findings of this study indicate that the personal and organizational resources that contribute to personal resilience should be strengthened.
