The article presents prerequisites for obtaining dry building mixtures for renovation works and experimental studies on determining the influence of binder consumption, type and amount of fillers and chemical admixtures on the rheological and physical and mechanical properties of the mortars. The article includes experimental results of the impact of lime consumption, carbonate filler, perlite, polymer admixtures, and the hydrophobing agent CANASTOL CNSO 128 on the properties of dry building mixtures for renovation works. It has been established that to achieve the designed strength of the mortar of at least 2.5 MPa, lime consumption should be 5%. The introduction of 0,5–2,0 wt. % of perlite ensures a reduction in the average density of the fresh mortar by 5–11%, while the normative water absorption coefficient value of 0.5 is achieved with the use of 1.0 wt. % of the hydrophobing agent CANASTOL CNSO 128. It is shown that on the surface of plaster with a thickness of 30 mm with the introduction of polypropylene fibers “MicroARM” 6 mm of long, no cracks are observed, while cracks are present on the surface of plaster without fibers.
