The publication highlights the problems of physical-chemical properties of aggregates and binders of vibro-pressed concrete paving elements, which are manufactured at modern concrete forming complexes based on fine-grained ultra-hard and rigid concrete mixtures in the latest conditions of development of the construction industry in Ukraine. This article investigates the granulometric composition of crushed hard rock, washed construction sand with a gradation factor > 2.1, and the chemical composition of Portland cement produced by Ivano-Frankivskcement. These materials are used by the Mii Dvir company in the production of fine-grained concrete mixtures for the serial manufacturing of paving elements. The publication presented by the authors is devoted to the prospects of improving the main operational properties of fine-grained ultra-hard and hard concrete mixtures used to produce a textured (top, colored) layer of vibro-pressed shaped mass-produced bridging elements on modern concrete forming complexes of the Masa 9.1 XL and Zenith 940 brands from Germany. In this scientific work, the authors investigate the process of structuring of fine-grained vibro-pressed concrete of the top layer of shaped mass-produced paving elements based on components of the western region of Ukraine.

摘要
