The construction sector faces significant challenges in the face of climate change, especially in developing buildings adaptable to an uncertain climate future. Integrating biophilic design principles into ventilation systems in urban buildings has emerged as an innovative approach to improving air quality and promoting the well-being of occupants. This study reviews the literature on the impact of this integration, highlighting how the presence of natural elements in built environments can improve mental and physical health, reduce energy consumption and contribute to urban sustainability. The research uses the Scopus database to ensure greater topic coverage, the PRISMA methodology for a more efficient search, the StArt software to conduct the systematic review, and Vosviewer to visualize the main terminologies investigated. In summary, the study provides an overview of the literature, identifying gaps, challenges and trends that reflect the convergence between technology and natural elements, presenting a promising potential for developing more resilient and sustainable cities, and promoting a greater connection between urban dwellers and nature.

摘要
