摘要
The excessive complexity of games in the Action/RPG genre repels a large number of players, because not every gamer can master the complete pas-sage of a game of this genre. To solve this problem, it is necessary to have mechanisms that allow you to adjust the difficulty of the game for a specific player. This chapter analyzes existing methods for personifying game scenarios according to six criteria; it is concluded that the developers tried to work out the system of variability of game scenarios as best as possible, but do not disclose the exact methods for implementing personification. In this regard, the goal of this work is to develop a new video game with the ability to personalize scenarios by strengthening and weakening the player and opponents, as well as changing the environment. The chapter reveals the approaches and technologies used to solve the problem of developing a system for personalizing the gameplay, describes the stages of designing a new gaming application in the Soulslike style with the ability to personalize game scenarios, as well as the results of functional testing and game performance.
