Balancing the heat generation and controlling the nuclear fission is considered in the design of Optimal operation of nuclear power plant inspired (ONP) algorithm. In the exploration section design, production of heat through the nuclear fission process is considered. Heat has to be engendered for the conversion of water into steam.
