Powering a hybrid engine or charging batteries, an electric driveshaft may be installed on a vehicle, such a big truck. The driveshaft of an electrical generator is made up of two parts: the magnetic driveshaft, which is the rotor, and the stator, which is a set of coils of copper wire that surround the magnetized driveshaft. The hybrid engine generates a magnetic field that rotates a magnetized driveshaft, which in turn charges a super capacitor or powers the hybrid engine itself via the copper wire coils.
