Artificial Intelligence (AI) has revolutionized education by enabling personalized learning and automated assessments. However, challenges persist in ensuring transparency of AI-driven decisions and verifying academic credentials. This paper proposes an integrated system combining Blockchain, Explainable AI (XAI), and AI to address these issues through: (1) transparent student performance evaluation using SHAP and LIME, (2) a decentralized academic credentialing system leveraging Ethereum and IPFS for secure, tamper-proof records, and (3) smart contract-based automation for credential issuance and validation. Compared to traditional systems, our approach significantly enhances trust, scalability, and transparency in AI-driven education tools and academic record management.
