Hence, the purpose of our study is to analyze the latent factors of study motivation of adult learners and to comprehend what triggers and obstacles their learning. As an initial step of this study, a questionnaire aimed at general adult learners has been analyzed. So far multiple regression analysis was performed to observe the relationship between before and after studying at college or graduate school. In this paper, we analyzed a different perspective of the motivation of adult learners through factor analysis. The analysis results have revealed the relations between factors on before enrollment and those on after graduation.
