Artificial Intelligence in Polish Enterprises: A Critical Analysis of Open Access Market Reports

The use of artificial intelligence (AI) in Polish business is becoming a growing area of research, covering both definitional issues and practical implementations, as well as projected directions of technological development. The purpose of this article is to analyze the use of AI in the business sector in Poland. It discussed the scale and nature of artificial intelligence applications in companies, the level of strategic approach to the implementation of these technologies, the most common areas of their implementation and the motivations behind investments in AI. National data were contrasted with global and European trends. The study was based on an analysis of several research reports available in the open-access model on the use of artificial intelligence in Polish companies. The article was concluded with findings and strategic recommendations to help Polish companies better harness the full potential of AI.
