The correct use of eHealth tools is one of the key problems of social development, especially in crises, such as the COVID-19 pandemic. The article aims to identify the attitude of respondents to the possibilities offered by portals and Internet applications in this area and to compare the opinions of users from two countries during the post-pandemic period, Turkey and Poland. The study was based on data from a survey questionnaire distributed using the CAWI method in both countries. An analysis was made of the infrastructure of using eHealth tools, awareness of the role among respondents and their use, and recommendations that can improve this use. The obtained results allowed for the presentation of two technological strategies supporting the use of eHealth tools and showed that the differences between Poland and Turkey, calculated by the values of absolute differences, urban and Euclidean distance. in opinions on the awareness and use of eHealth portals and applications are statistically almost insignificant. The study’s limitation was the sample size, obtained mainly among young people, proficient in using the Internet, and only two countries were taken into account in the comparative analysis. Nevertheless, the obtained results may constitute valuable material for scientists and people from business practice and public administration in creating and improving the operation of the eHealth portal system and mobile applications.
