The COVID-19 pandemic, which has lasted over two years, has affected not only people’s lives but also the functioning of enterprises. It was a reality in which enterprises were learning to rerun their businesses, as the pandemic had a significant impact on the activities they carried out, on the one hand contributing to, for example, the need to reduce employment, and on the other hand, to carry out activities consisting in expanding the offer. However, the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic varied depending on the size of the enterprise, business profile, ICT solutions owned and used, and general economic condition. With this in mind, the article aimed to analyze the perception of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on individual aspects related to the use of CC in the enterprise.
