The Impact of Digital Transformation on Enterprise’s Organizational Culture

The article examines the impact of digital transformation (DT) on the organizational culture of enterprises (OC). The analysis focuses on three main functions of organizational culture: integrative, perceptive, and adaptive. The article presents the concepts of a research model based on research conducted among 417 employees of a trading enterprise. The results indicate that individual aspects of DT positively impact all three functions of organizational culture - integration, perception, and adaptation. Commitment and information sharing promote employee integration, recognition, and creativity, influence how the work environment is perceived, and participation and cooperation increase the organization’s adaptability to changes. Research confirms that digital technologies improve technical operations and support the development of social and organizational aspects of enterprises.
