This paper presents a review of the framework of judicial ethics in Brazil. To achieve this objective was used an exploratory approach of research, which was done by the analysis of the Brazilian Constitution, laws and regulations created by the Parliament and by the National Council of Justice. In the end were briefly presented some cases regarding to judge’s manifestations that could give rise to application of the norms presented in the paper.

摘要

This paper presents a review of the framework of judicial ethics in Brazil.
