The present study will try to underline what a Romanian judge can or cannot do in his profession, especially in connection with the liberty of expression, how can this right interfere with the ethics and integrity of the profession and will follow a few other public professions to see if there are similarities or essential differences. This scientific paper will combine the legal aspects and the practical ones, also to answer some research questions, that will be asked in the introduction of the paper.

摘要
