It brings together papers presented at the International Congress Freedom of expression for judges within the framework of respect for the framework of respect for the principles of judicial ethics. In memoriam Prof. Eugen Chelaru, which took place on November 16 and 17, 2023 at the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos (Vicálvaro Campus).
