This chapter positions CRIA as a blueprint for redesigning systems within K–12 education. The chapter includes a guided walkthrough of the CRIA methodology to illustrate how CRIA enables leaders to surface systemic tensions and co-design solutions rooted in improvement. Through guided inquiry, intersectional data practices, and centering lived experience, CRIA equips leaders to transform schools into equity-driven institutions. This chapter presents both a vision and a methodology for creating educational systems that no longer exploit those they were never intended to protect in the first place.
