This paper explores the application of blockchain technology to enhance transparency and accountability in donation management. Traditional donation systems often face challenges related to inadequate financial reporting, inefficient fund allocation, and a lack of oversight, which can lead to mistrust among donors. By leveraging blockchain’s decentralized and immutable nature, along with smart contracts, RSA-encrypted NFTs, and IPFS, the proposed framework aims to address these challenges by ensuring secure, transparent, and automated transactions. The study evaluates several EVM-compatible platforms—BNB Chain, Fantom, Polygon, and Celo—assessing their capability to perform key operations such as transaction creation, NFT minting, and NFT transfer. Through a comparative analysis of transaction fees, the paper identifies the most cost-effective platforms for implementing blockchain-based donation management systems. The findings suggest that integrating these technologies can provide a robust solution for managing donations, fostering trust, and ensuring that funds are utilized as intended by donors.

摘要
