An important takeaway of this book is that ultimate reality must be realized through a combination of correct knowledge and correct practice, as ultimate reality cannot be intellectualized or known. To this end, multiple important conclusions/summaries are given in this chapter regarding the nature of awakening and ultimate reality. Finally, a brief mechanistic template on what to expect when practicing toward awakening is given, with the purpose of showing what steps/barriers may arise when engaging in experiential practice.
