The frequency of otorhinolaryngological symptoms after head trauma is reported as 25% in the literature. When we look at the content of the injuries, 93% dysphagia, 11% tinnitus, 10% vertigo, 9% hearing loss, and 7% fascial palsy have been observed to develop. The frequency of injury to the olfactory organ has been reported as 23% in mild traumatic brain injury, 49% in moderate-severe traumatic brain injury, and 33–61% in severe traumatic brain injury. Physical therapy and rehabilitation practices are essential and valuable in treating complications. In treating patients, superficial and deep heaters, laser treatments, exercise modalities, toxin injections, and complementary applications can be combined by planning specifically for the pathology and the patient. Especially in patients with partial or insufficient response after medical and surgical treatment, rehabilitation can improve the patient’s clinical condition and increase functional capacity and quality of life.
