Migraine is one of the primary headaches that occur in the form of attacks and negatively label an individual’s life. Vestibular migraine is one of the most debilitating chronic diseases that are overlooked and difficult to treat even today. Vestibular migraine treatment is a current and rapidly advancing research area in neurology. Current developments in this area have the potential to facilitate diagnosis and provide more individual treatments. In this section, we discussed the evidence-based rehabilitation treatments of vestibular migraine with current literature information. It is important to interrogate the vestibular system in migraine patients in order not to miss the diagnosis. Vestibular rehabilitation should be tried in cases resistant to medical treatment.
